Dr. Alexandra Grossman is a board-certified Emergency Physician with extensive experience diagnosing complex conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and advocating for patients during critical moments. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, she trained at Tufts University School of Medicine, graduating as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, before completing her Emergency Medicine Residency at Harbor-UCLA, where she served as Chief Resident.
She has spent years practicing acute care at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, including serving as the Geriatric Emergency Department Physician Champion. Through this work, she recognized the urgent need for continuity, advocacy, and physician-led oversight beyond hospital walls, leading her to establish AllyMD Health.
A Physician You Can Count On
“My goal is to provide a home base for your health journey. Care that goes beyond traditional medical models and patient-physician relationships. I am involved in my patients’ care as both a medical advisor and an advocate across every setting: at home, in the emergency room or hospital, at rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities, and during outpatient appointments.
I coordinate not only medical care and specialist referrals, but also the many elements that support health and wellness such as, home equipment, caregivers, nutrition services, meal delivery, physical therapy, transportation, and mental health resources. I am the physician you can count on, like having a doctor in the family, available when it matters most.”
