A Physician Ally When You Need One Most

Private Physician Care in the South Bay & Los Angeles Area

The Doctor
Who Stays

Clarity · Continuity · Peace of Mind

Ally MD Health provides private physician care for patients and families facing serious illness, hospitalization, and the fragile weeks that follow. We see patients where they are in the hospital, at home, and everywhere in between.

We are board-certified emergency physicians, trained for the most critical moments in medicine. But unlike the ER, we don't hand you off when the crisis passes. We stay through the hospital stay, the discharge, and the first weeks of recovery at home.

Think of us as the doctor in your family: someone who knows your full medical picture, speaks the language of medicine, and stands beside you when it matters most.

And we practice medicine. In the hospital, we're at your side reviewing what's happening, talking with your care team, and making sure you understand your options before decisions are made. At home, we're your treating physician: we examine, diagnose, prescribe, and write orders in your living room.

HOW WE DO IT

Physician-led
from start to finish

01.

We speak to your doctors as peers

As physicians, we communicate directly with your specialists and hospital team with the clinical authority to ask the right questions and push back when needed.

02.

We translate complexity into clarity

Medical information is overwhelming. We make sure you and your family understand exactly what is happening, what your options are, and what questions to ask.

03.

We treat you  at home

We're not limited to phone calls and advice. We examine, diagnose, prescribe, and write orders at your bedside, and we bring in home health, labs, and equipment when recovery needs them.

04.

We build the plan around your priorities

Your goals and your values guide every medical decision. We make sure the care you receive reflects what matters most to you and your family  and we say so to the rest of your care team.

Who We Are

About Us

Dr. Alexandra Grossman and Dr. Cameron Araghi are board-certified emergency physicians who founded AllyMD Health after years of seeing the same challenges affect patients and families across Los Angeles and the South Bay Area: patients returning to the ER just days after discharge because no one was closely monitoring their recovery at home, people unable to clearly explain their diagnoses or medications, solo agers without family nearby, and families trying to manage complex illness with limited time and support from the traditional healthcare system.

The problem was never a lack of good doctors. It’s that when a real medical crisis happens a hospitalization, a new diagnosis, or a sudden decline, no single physician is typically able to stay close throughout the entire experience. Your longtime doctor may not be at the hospital bedside, and the hospital team you just met will not follow you home.

That’s why AllyMD Health was built to provide a different level of physician support for individuals and families in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, El Segundo, Santa Monica, Culver City, Torrance and surrounding Los Angeles communities, a physician who knows you, comes to you when needed, and stays closely involved from the crisis through recovery and beyond.
